[KIN·] Heals brings together herbs, tea, ancestral practice, plant education, ritual and intentionally CURATED experiences designed to help us reconnect—to ourselves, one another, the land and the WISDOM that has always surrounded us.
We create space to GATHER, WITNESS, explore and HEAL the fullness of our being—from the everyday ritual of steeping tea or lighting a candle to deeper communal experiences, retreats and journeys.
Our retreats are held by Black healers, supported by Black practitioners and hosted in spaces that honor Black community, land and lineage. This is not an act of exclusion, but a sacred RECLAMATION—an honoring of our divine right to gather, to rest, to heal and to commune in KIN·SHIP with our own.
Featured Products
A rich, sensual herbal blend crafted for pleasure, connection, intention, and embodied ritual.
Love & Lust combines hibiscus, damiana, mugwort, and passionflower into a tart, earthy botanical blend designed for moments when you want to soften, open, and reconnect with desire — whether that means romance, self-love, intimacy, creativity, or simply feeling fully present in your body.
Hibiscus brings a vibrant crimson color and tart floral flavor, damiana adds an earthy warmth traditionally associated with sensuality and vitality, passionflower brings a softer calming note, and mugwort completes the blend with its long history in intuitive and ritual practices.
Traditional Herbal & Wellness Uses
The botanicals in Love & Lust have traditionally been incorporated into herbal practices centered around relaxation, sensuality, digestive comfort, menstrual wellness, emotional ease, and restful states.
Passionflower has a history of traditional use as a calming herb, and preliminary research suggests possible effects on anxiety and sleep, although the evidence remains limited. Mugwort has historically been used for gastrointestinal and gynecological concerns, but there is not enough human research to establish it as an effective treatment for any health condition.
Spiritual & Ritual Uses
Energetically, this blend is created around love, lust, attraction, passion, confidence, sensuality, intuition, manifestation, and personal magnetism.
Sip it before date night, while tending your altar, during self-love rituals, before journaling or meditation, or whenever you want to intentionally reconnect with pleasure and your own desires.
For Tea
Add 1 tablespoon per 8–10 oz of hot water.
Steep for 8–15 minutes. A shorter steep produces a lighter, brighter cup, while a longer steep creates a stronger, deeper, more bitter and concentrated herbal flavor.
Strain well before drinking. Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener if desired.
For Herbal Smoke Rituals
Use approximately 1 teaspoon of the loose botanical blend. Gently muddle or grind the herbs to your preferred consistency before use.
The blend may be burned alone or incorporated into other adult smoking rituals. Inhaling smoke from any burned plant material can irritate or damage the lungs and should not be considered a health-promoting method of using herbs.
Ingredients: Hibiscus, Damiana, Mugwort & Passionflower
Please Note: This botanical blend is intended for general wellness and ritual use and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use during pregnancy. Passionflower may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or confusion and may interact with medications or anesthesia. Mugwort safety for internal use has not been well established. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if breastfeeding, taking medication, preparing for surgery, or managing a medical condition.
A bright, grounding botanical tea crafted for mornings, fresh starts, and the ritual of becoming fully present.
Rise blends black tea, rose, lavender, and dandelion leaf into a floral, earthy cup designed to help you transition from rest into movement with intention.
Black tea provides a naturally caffeinated foundation, rose brings soft floral sweetness, lavender adds an aromatic calm, and dandelion leaf offers an earthy green finish.
Traditional Herbal & Wellness Uses
The botanicals in Rise have traditionally been incorporated into wellness practices centered on energy, mental alertness, relaxation, digestive support, and everyday vitality.
Black tea naturally contains caffeine and can offer a gentle source of morning stimulation and alertness.
Lavender has traditionally been used in calming practices and is commonly associated with relaxation and stress support, although research into specific health benefits remains limited.
Dandelion leaf has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine. Modern research into dandelion's effects on human health remains limited, so its wellness uses are best understood through its traditional herbal history rather than as established medical treatment.
Spiritual & Ritual Uses
Energetically, Rise is centered around awakening, clarity, confidence, renewal, beauty, resilience, purification, and stepping intentionally into your purpose.
Rose invites love and openness. Lavender brings peace and clarity. Dandelion carries the energy of resilience, wishes, and transformation. Together with the activating energy of black tea, they create a beautiful companion for morning ritual, journaling, intention setting, meditation, or preparing yourself to meet the day.
For Tea
Add 1 tablespoon per 8–10 oz of hot water.
Steep for approximately 5–8 minutes for a balanced cup. Longer steeping will produce a stronger, more tannic and bitter flavor, particularly from the black tea.
Strain well and enjoy as-is or add honey, lemon, or your preferred milk or sweetener.
Ingredients: Black Tea, Rose Petals, Lavender & Dandelion Leaf
Contains Caffeine
Please Note: This botanical tea is intended for general wellness and ritual use and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Dandelion may interact with certain medications, including some diabetes medications, blood thinners, antiplatelet medicines, and diuretics. Lavender may also interact with sedating medications. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
A calming, color-shifting botanical blend created for the sacred space between day and night.
Holy Dreams combines butterfly pea flower, chamomile, mint, and holy basil for an earthy, floral blend traditionally associated with relaxation, reflection, mental clarity, and intentional rest.
Butterfly pea creates a naturally deep blue infusion, chamomile brings gentle floral notes, mint adds refreshing brightness, and holy basil offers an earthy, grounding finish.
For Tea
Add 1 tablespoon of Holy Dreams per 8–10 oz of hot water.
Steep for 8–15 minutes. A shorter steep creates a lighter, smoother cup, while a longer steep develops a stronger, more bitter and concentrated herbal flavor.
Strain well before drinking.
For Herbal Smoke Rituals
Holy Dreams may also be used as a loose botanical smoking blend.
Use approximately 1 teaspoon and gently muddle or grind the herbs to your preferred consistency before use.
The blend may be burned alone or incorporated into other adult smoking rituals. Inhaling smoke from any burned plant material can irritate or damage the lungs and should not be considered a health-promoting method of using herbs.
Ritual Tip
Add a squeeze of lemon to your brewed tea and watch its natural blue hue transform into shades of violet and purple — a small ritual of transformation before rest.
Ingredients: Butterfly Pea Flower, Chamomile, Mint & Holy Basil
Please Note: This botanical blend is intended for general wellness and ritual use and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Chamomile may cause allergic reactions, particularly in individuals sensitive to ragweed and related plants, and may interact with certain medications. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before internal use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
